World cuisines and learning at Els Avets!🌍

Last Friday, March 20th, we experienced a very special day with our international volunteer team. We did not only conduct food handling training, but we also turned it into a delicious cultural exchange.

We traveled through the palate, tasting an authentic Brazilian feijoada and a very sweet tres leches cake. Moments like these remind us that learning and sharing a table is the best way to weave community and get to know the roots of those who accompany us.
