The Els Avets Community Guardianship Foundation is a service oriented towards the accompaniment and support of people with disabilities who require support measures to guarantee the effective exercise of their rights. Its purpose is to ensure that they can develop their life project with maximum guarantees, facilitating the necessary procedures and ensuring their legal, social, and personal protection.
The Foundation’s actions are based on respect for the will, preferences, and dignity of each person, placing them at the center of all interventions. The service not only responds to administrative or legal needs but also promotes continuous accompaniment, adapted to each situation and aimed at fostering autonomy and quality of life.
The professional team is composed of a social worker, a psychologist, a lawyer, an administrative assistant, and a social integration specialist as a support reference person. This interdisciplinary team works in a coordinated manner to guarantee comprehensive and personalized care.
With this initiative, the Els Avets Community makes the Guardianship Foundation service available to the Moianès region, addressed to all those individuals and families who need support and guidance.
